Batky.ai is operated by Evan Batky. By using this website or an authorized Batky AI automation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

Website information

The website describes automation services, examples, and general technical approaches. It is provided for informational purposes. A discovery meeting does not create a client relationship, promise a project, or guarantee a particular result. Project scope, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables are established only in a separate written agreement.

Public demos

Customer-care demos on batky.ai use fictional local scenarios. They do not look up real orders, warranties, customers, or accounts. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or real customer information into a demo.

Secure handoff utility

The secure handoff utility encrypts information in the browser and is intended for a one-time exchange with a specific recipient. You are responsible for confirming that the link came from the intended recipient, that it has not expired, and that you send the resulting encrypted package through the requested channel. Do not reuse an expired or previously consumed handoff session.

Google Workspace Assistant

The Batky AI Google Workspace Assistant is available only for explicitly authorized accounts and workflows. You must have the right to connect the Google account and to direct the processing of its data. You agree not to use the assistant to access another person’s data without permission, send spam, mislead recipients, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass Google policies, or break applicable law.

You control whether to grant or revoke Google access. You are responsible for reviewing the scope and consequences of any workflow you authorize, including scheduled work and messages sent on your behalf. Batky AI may refuse, pause, or limit a workflow when its authorization is unclear, its result cannot be verified, or it creates a security, privacy, legal, or abuse risk.

Google and third-party services

The website and assistant may rely on third-party services, including Google, hosting providers, scheduling tools, infrastructure providers, and commercial AI services. Their availability and operation are outside Batky AI’s complete control and may be subject to separate terms. Use of Google data remains subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.

Your content and instructions

You keep ownership of information and materials you provide. You grant Batky AI permission to process them only as needed to perform the service or workflow you requested, maintain security, comply with law, and enforce these terms. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and instructions.

No prohibited use

You may not use batky.ai or the assistant to:

• Break a law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation.
• Access data, systems, or accounts without authorization.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, malware, or deceptive content.
• Interfere with security controls or attempt to discover credentials or private data.
• Use Google user data for advertising, surveillance, credit, lending, or data-broker activity.
• Misrepresent an automated action as having been reviewed when it was not.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable care is used to keep the website and authorized workflows available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. These terms may be updated as the services or legal requirements change. The current version will remain posted at this URL with its latest update date.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent allowed by law, the website and any no-fee demo or utility are provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. Batky AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of a no-fee public page or demo. A separate client agreement controls the warranties and liability associated with paid project work.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information and Google user data are handled, including access, use, storage, sharing, retention, revocation, and deletion requests.
